Coach Burt is a former championship basketball coach with a deep understanding of how to inner-engineer people to produce at a higher level in the business world. At the age of 31, he retired from his successful career in athletic sports to build a coaching business and create the Monster Producer coaching program, a systematic program that teaches sales professionals, business owners, and those interested in rapid growth the six key areas they have to focus on to get a significant lift in their business. 

Although a successful businessman and coach, Burt experienced a personal setback when he lost all of his confidence in his upper twenties. He learned out to overcome this by building a championship basketball team and ultimately a multimillion-dollar coaching business. He is passionate about teaching others how to protect, maintain and grow their confidence and turn that into massive success.
